As part of the Unit of Inquiry, "Who We Are", Year 5 students visited the Cathedral of The Most Holy Trinity and the New Israeli Congregation of Montevideo.
Book Week is an opportunity to celebrate children’s literature and promote the value of books for the education, enjoyment, and enlightenment of children. Across Junior and Senior, children, educators and families are invited to participate in Book Week between Tuesday, 23rd and Friday, 26th May.
Year 11 and Year 12 IB Geography students went to Ciudad Vieja for a day of fieldwork investigating land use patterns and exploring the importance of tourism in the Old City.
As part of the Unit of Inquiry, “ How we organise ourselves,” Form 3 students took a walking tour around the neighbourhood of Carrasco, principally around the main street of Arocena.
On Wednesday, 29th March, the Y11 generation headed to Escuela 42, a rural school in San José, attended only by 5 students, a teacher and a cook. Although participation was voluntary, all the students in Y11 attended the activity.
