The Falkland Islands

Two teachers from The British Schools, Martina Sapelli (Y3) and Piero Clavera (Prep), recently had the invaluable opportunity to participate in a teacher exchange programme in the Falkland Islands.
During their time there, they engaged with dedicated educators who are committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive education for all students. Observing how teachers adapt to diverse educational needs in such an isolated environment proved to be truly eye-opening.
This experience reinforced the belief that engaging with different educational systems and cultures is both enriching and inspiring, emphasising the importance of continuous learning beyond the classroom.
