5YL - 6YL BLOCKCHAIN TALK

Last week our 5YL and 6YL students participated in a very interesting and special Assembly about Blockchain technology. Lucía Cardellino and Albana Rodríguez - besides from being School mothers - are two highly recognised professionals from the Finance world and together lead Proyecto Khun, a project oriented towards spreading the knowledge that regular people have about blockchain. 

In this truly interesting talk they provided a broad overview of the essential concepts of blockchain technology and how this change of paradigm might impact differently in our everyday life. Using simple language and clear examples the speakers started from the very basic concept of the origin of money to the far more complex ideas of cryptocurrency and NFTs. 

Our students and teachers attentively listened to speakers and many of them stayed after the session to continue talking with them who gently stayed answering their questions.
