AMDA WORKSHOP + AUDITIONS

On Tuesday October 1, at 4:00 pm The British Schools hosted a workshop of the "The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts" including scholarship auditions for students of AUCBI schools at the Auditorium. The university representatives were in awe of the artistic quality, professional attitude and personal approach to such an important and  often stressful instance. Students of 4YL, 5Yl and 6YL attended the evening initiative. The duration of the workshop was 30 minutes, and it was followed by auditions, which lasted between 5 to 7 minutes each. Candidates who wanted to take part inthe auditions needed to sign up before-hand.

Rosina Varela (5YL) commented: “I felt it was even more “chill” than the casting for Mamma Mia, which means we are well prepared for our future.”
