Y5 VISITS PLACES OF WORSHIP

As part of the Unit of Inquiry, "Who We Are", Year 5 students visited the Cathedral of The Most Holy Trinity and the New Israeli Congregation of Montevideo.  
The aim of these visits was to inquire into how communities are influenced by different beliefs and values. Both visits were a valuable learning experience that added interesting information to the presentations on ¨Beliefs¨ which the students are making in groups, which inquire into the nature of the self; beliefs and values; personal, physical, mental, social and spiritual health; human relationships including families, friends, communities and cultures; rights and responsibilities.
