F6 - Picnic with CAIF
Last Friday 25th May we had the opening picnic with the children of CAIF “La Esperanza”. Our Form 6 students eagerly prepared the synthetic pitch with lots of fun activities so as to share a morning of entertainment and games with their new little friends. A gorgeous sunny day, filled with music and laughter, marked a positive exchange for the beginning of this programme which will run for the rest of the year, with weekly visits of our Form 6 students to the CAIF centre.
The picnic culminated with a shared snack. It was heartwarming to see our students interacting so tenderly with the little ones, being very courteous towards the adults who accompanied them and helping to load the bus with all the contributions collected by the community in the last few weeks. A true reflection of our Community commitment spirit was displayed in a very successful morning for all.
