Art Gallery in Prep

In recognition of the importance of involving families in the student's learning process, each Prep student received a visit from a significant adult to help with the assessment of Unit of Inquiry 5, “How We Express Ourselves”.

They walked around our 'Art Gallery' together and students explained the materials they had used to produce their pieces of art, the artists that inspired them and the feelings or ideas they wanted to transmit through their paintings.

It was wonderful to see our little artists sharing their knowledge.
