1YL & PREP CLEANING THE BEACH

The planning of this activity was done in coordination with Senior and Early Years in order to build links and enable constructive exchange between the two generational groups as part of the School's Community Commitment projects.

On Thursday, 13th October, previous to the outing, an integration activity took place at the School with Prep and 1YL students, which was successfully run by the PE Department. The aim of this activity was for students from different generations to get to know each other and interact before the outing. Intergenerational games of races, ball games, duck, duck, goose and the likes filled the multipurpose pitch and Gymnasium. 1YL students were as thrilled as the younger ones.

On Friday, 14th October, the Prep and 1YL went on a trip to Carrasco Beach to share a day of integration, to contribute and to raise awareness about the importance of caring for the environment.
