Health requirements

In accordance with the Law and school regulations, all children are required to present the following certificates before entering The British Schools and thereafter annually in March of each year:

  1. A photocopy of the physical fitness certificate in the child’s Health Card (including physical fitness, eyes and hearing tests from specialists). Circulares Nºs 77/11, 59/12 y 107/13.   2. A photocopy of the Vaccination Certificate required by the local authorities (Certificado Esquema de Vacunación – C.E.V.).

  3. A photocopy of any studies, e.g. psychological, psycho-pedagogical, psychomotor, language (if not already submitted).

Children who have suffered from a contagious illness may not return to The British Schools without a medical certificate of complete recovery.

It should be noted that physical exercise is compulsory, and permanent exemption is only granted when a valid medical certificate stating unfitness for such activities is presented.
