Science Discovery Club

Our Science Discovery Club students put their engineering skills to the test as they designed, built and improved their own balloon-powered racing cars. Through experimentation, teamwork and problem-solving, they explored forces, friction and aerodynamics, making modifications to improve their cars' performance.

The excitement culminated in the GLOBO GP Grand Championship, where teams competed in thrilling head-to-head races, celebrated their achievements and demonstrated the creativity, perseverance and scientific thinking developed throughout the challenge!

A huge congratulations to RCCC (Cami, Ro, Cata and Clemen from Year 4), who raced their way to victory and were crowned our GLOBO GP Grand Champions! And special thank you to our fantastic Year 6 Science Club leaders, whose enthusiasm, encouragement and support helped make the sessions such a success.
