THE IMPACT OF MATILDA IN THE COMMUNITY

Firstly, tickets were exchanged for non-perishable food. Over 2000 tickets were exchanged, therefore over 2 tonnes of non-perishable food were collected and distributed amongst the institutions that the School collaborates with (Club de niños La Casita, CAIF and Club de niños La Esperanza, Escuela Roosevelt, Plato caliente, Movimiento Sembradores), working in conjunction with the Community commitment programme.

Furthermore, at the suggestion of a teacher, Form 3 and Form 4 donated their costumes (red and black joggings) to CADI so that the kids that attend the centre could use them in Winter.

It is important to highlight that although the show is all about the music, dancing and acting, we care about our environment and therefore devise ways to positively impact the community that surrounds us.
